We let over 800 rooms in more then 200 properties. Properties vary from 1 bedroomed flats to 10 bedroomed houses. All our properties are within easy walking distance of the University of Hull and we have many houses next door too each other.

Letting to large groups of students, who want to be close to each other, is one of our many specialities.

This is an accreditation scheme specifically aimed at student property landlords in Hull and has been created by a working partnership between the Universities of Hull and Lincoln, their respective student unions, Hull City Council and Hull and District Landlords Association.
